Yes! We love to provide consistency and peace of mind by assigning a regular support team that fits with your personality, culture, interests, and lifestyle. Our goal is to build strong, trusting relationships between you and your support workers. While there may be occasional changes due to scheduling or availability, we always ensure that any new team members are fully briefed on your needs and preferences, so you continue to receive seamless and personalised care.
